Per Diem/Contract  

Opportunities abound as temporary nurses stand in the gap for healthcare facilities affected by staffing shortages, while benefitting from flexible schedules and often times very attractive hourly rates. Assignments may last a couple of days or a couple of months, offering more flexibility than permanent placement positions. 

  Contract to Hire    

A temp to hire position allows the client and the candidate and the client an opportunity to try out a position, with out longterm obligations. Although the temporary position provides no benefits or legal protection, once the temporary contract expires, the worker has the option to take another assignment, renew the contract for a longer period or join the company as a full time employee. 

     Direct Hire         

Unlike contract to hire, or travel contracts, permanent placement offers less flexibility, however once you sign on with a permanent placement, you become an employee of the client facility. With permanent placement you gain benefits, possible upward mobility, as well as financial stability.
